How do you pray?
Prayer is communication with God, and it can help us cultivate an awareness of God's presence in ourselves and in the world around us.
When we pray, says Brother David Steindl-Rast, the challenge is to free ourselves from regimentation, to look with the eyes of our hearts at who we are in God's eyes, and be creative.
